A perfect way to of 'Exploring nature with children'.
Each pack includes either willow ready to weave (Nov- March, using fresh cut green willow) or willow ready to soak (Mar-Oct with full soaking instructions) all the materials required to make a birdfeeder, wooden weaving base from recycled wood, 18 page worksheet activity pack, instructional picture guide (all printed on recycled paper and packed in a compostable brown cardboard box) and access to a YouTube tutorial video. 
Worksheet packs contain 18 activity pages. Learn all about Britsh garden birds, how to get involved and go out and identify different birds calls and songs, how to promote birds in your garden or local area. Complete fun learning activities that cover literacy, numeracy, art and more. With beautifully illustrated hand drawn and painted diagrams by Deb a qualified teacher, now home educator from Wispy Willow Creations.
Suitable for a variety of ages, younger children will need guidance off an adult on some aspects.
If you want additional materials in the same kit, if you have more than one child or an adult, who wants to make the items too, these can be included for an extra £5 per person in the same pack. (Only one set of printed worksheets and instructional guide will be provided and wooden block for weaving.)
Packs are suitable for younger and older children. In fact they are a nice family activity to do together. (Younger children will need a little help from an adult) Don't forget to watch the YouTube video first!
Kits can be put together and dispatched within 7 working days of payment. You will be kept notified of dispatch time and be on next day delivery service with Hermes.
The willow must be used with 4-5 days max of receiving the kit and must be stored in cool, dark conditions until used.
